Like everything he's got going, and yet it's a oh, what do you want to do? Oh, by the by the age of like 24, I figured I could make more money doing property than I could doing co-op. Oh, okay, so at that point you could retire. Well, pretty much, but I'm just gonna carry on doing stuff because I want to graft. Amazing guy.

In in the first ten minutes, I kind of had that fear of going, Yeah, as a guest, you're not giving anything to me. I don't know why you're trying to convince me. This is your one chance. But I think once he relaxed and opened up, amazing. So he was like a 10 out of 10 guest, like as he went on.

He scores an 18.1, which puts him just slightly behind Henry. Henry scored an 18.2, and Housted scored an 18.1. You can't change it, it just is. That's fine. People sit where they sit.
